EastWind Capital invests in strategically positioned real estate assets across key urban and growth corridors within Asia-Pacific. Our interests include both passive and active residential investments, mixed-use projects, commercial assets, and emerging innovation districts that demonstrate long-term demand fundamentals.
We seek assets located within globally connected cities and economic centres where demographic shifts, infrastructure development, and capital inflows support sustained appreciation and resilience.
We actively explore investments within the AI ecosystem, supporting companies and technologies that are shaping the future of industries, productivity, and human advancement.
Our focus includes emerging AI infrastructure, enterprise applications, automation technologies, and frontier innovation platforms that possess scalable business models and strong regional relevance across Asia-Pacific markets.
A key initiative within this vision is EastWindAI.com, our technological arm — a professional development venture established in collaboration with the The University of Western Australia to prepare the wider communities in this region for the transition from a digital to a AI powered global economy through skills development.
EastWind Capital is proud to be partner to the University of Western Australia, a prominent member of the Group of Eight (Go8) - a coalition of Australia's leading research intensive universities.
Together with UWA scientists, an industry focused executive development programme in AI has been designed to help professionals and organisations adapt to the rapidly evolving transformation in the global economy with the advent of AI. Participants who complete the certification pathway may receive accreditation toward a Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence awarded by UWA, bridging practical industry application with recognised academic advancement.
EastWind Capital believes that resilience and progress are built not only through investment, but through empowering communities and individuals.
As part of this commitment, the firm supports Kapap Academy, a social enterprise focused on helping ordinary people stay safe through practical self-protection education, situational awareness, and personal safety training. A total of over 80,000 participants have undergone training in Kapap Academy over the last 15 years - ranging from professionals in the medical, hospital care-giving industries, to professional executives in Banking and Finance, Insurance, Hotel and Hospitality industries and so on. In addition, we have trained cohort after cohort of students in Singapore schools - especially in preparation for them to go on overseas studies or internships.
In recognition for some of the community work that has been done pro-bono, and for helping to keep ordinary people safe, the late Queen of England, Elizabeth II, awarded Ms Qin Yunquan, the CEO of Kapap Academy, with the Queen's Young Leaders Award (2017). We are an active member of raiSe (https://www.raise.sg), a cross sector collaboration by the Singapore's Ministry of Social and Family Development, National Council of Social Service, Social Enterprise Association and the Tote Board, for companies that are committed to creating impactful change through their businesses.
Kapap Academy works with individuals, families, schools, and organisations to promote confidence, preparedness, and community resilience through accessible real-world training methodologies.
This initiative reflects EastWind Capital’s broader belief that meaningful investment should contribute positively to society while strengthening human capability and security.
